While some online retailers make a few extra $s by padding shipping costs, Playhard does not. Your shipping fees are calculated by product weight, and we charge you the exact amount it costs us to ship your item(s) to your shipping address, simple as that.
If you’d like to know your shipping costs, please shop ‘til you drop, then proceed to checkout. Your shipping costs will be itemized for your viewing pleasure BEFORE you commit to purchase. This is the best way to calculate shipping – if you email us asking “How much is shipping?”, we’ll simply direct you to the store and ask you to walk through the process yourself.
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, usually within 1 or 2 days of payment confirmation. If there’s a holiday in there, add a day or two.
US Orders: we ship USPS Priority and Express Mail.
Priority: Expect your item(s) to arrive within 2 to 5 days, following payment confirmation.
Express: Expect your item(s) to arrive within 1 to 2 days, following payment confirmation.
First Class International: Expect your goods within 10-15 days after payment confirmation, depending on how long the customs officials play with your cool products (haha). If you do not see your country or territory listed in our drop-down menu, please let us know: info@flashflight.com.
